Starting 15 September 2022, COVID-19 vaccination is no longer be an entry or exit requirement for Brunei Darussalam. With that, non-fully vaccinated travellers are not required to undergo post-arrival COVID-19 tests.
Also, starting 9 February 2023, in accordance with Regulation 29 (2)(b), Immigration Act, Chapter 17, it is a mandatory for foreign nationals arriving and departing to/from Brunei Darussalam to register the electronic e-Arrival Card (link: https://www.imm.gov.bn). No fee will be charged for registration. This is to replace the previous Form 19, the physical registration paper for arrival/departure.
Documents needed for registration of e-Arrival Card:
- Passport/Valid Individual Travel Document
- Information on residence in Brunei Darussalam
- Flight or Vehicle information used
